Artist Statement: The ‘Bio Glow’ Series is an ensemble of original paintings that reference my ‘Aquatic’ series and my ‘Bokeh Light’ studies.

This series explores the sublime beauty found in microscopic-worlds, energetic molecules, shimmering light and microscopic sealife (like coral spawning and ethereal bioluminescent creatures). These act as metaphors that draw our attention to the effervescence and glow contained within all living things and the glimmer of hope in the darkness of difficult times.
